I spent 16 years working across multiple industries, with the last 7 inside B2B companies in the US. During that time, I kept running into the same problem: businesses that had good customers, solid reviews, and repeat work, but no website. They were doing everything right except showing up online.

I watched a plumbing company in Texas lose commercial contracts because the general contractor couldn't find their website. I saw a dental practice in Mumbai relying entirely on word-of-mouth while their competitors dominated Google. These weren't bad businesses. They just didn't have someone who understood both the technology and the business side.

Biztech Expert started because I got tired of watching that happen. I figured if I could spend 7 years helping US companies with their tech, I could do the same for Indian businesses at a price that actually makes sense.
